Coach Evans has also been playing both indoor and outdoor volleyball competitively for over 20 years. He competes yearly in USA Volleyball's indoor men's A division. He also competes in outdoor doubles in the men's A division.
Coach Evans has been involved in Delaware volleyball for over 20 years. He has coached young women and men from ages 10-22. Coach Evans was the inaugural boys head coach at the Charter School of Wilmington and coached St. E's boys to a runner-up finish in the county championship in 2002. Coach Evans has taken both Concord and Tatnall girl's volleyball teams to the Delaware state volleyball tournament. He has also coached many competitive male and female travel juniors teams. His boy's teams still hold the highest finish of any local boys club team at the Nittany Ninvitational. Most recently Coach Evans spent four years as the head coach of the women's club volleyball team at the University of Delaware. His Delaware teams won numerous tournament championships, achieved a #1 ranking in their region and were competitive nationally at the annual National Collegiate Club Championships.

Coach Hilk has been playing for much of her life. She grew up in the Wilmington volleyball community playing her earliest volleyball with her father at the Wilmington Turner's Club. She graduated from AI Dupont High School, where she was a starter early in her high school career. During high school, Coach Hilk received superior setter training at the prestigious Sports Performance Setter Academy over three summers. She then played Division I volleyball for Wagner College in NYC for two years. She returned to the first state to finish her degree at the University of Delaware and spent three years leading the women's club volleyball team to many great performances regionally and nationally. Coach Hilk is currently coaching in Bucks County.
Nick currently competes both indoor and outdoor at the Men's AA/A level.
Francis currently competes both indoor and outdoor at the Men's AA/A level.
Ashley has been playing volleyball for over 15 years. She was a starter at St. Elizabeth's High School, where her team finished as the state runner-up in 2001. She played travel volleyball for First State Volleyball Club. She continued her volleyball career at NAIA Goldy-Beacom College where she played for four years. Ashley assisted the Tatnall varsity team as a coach from 2008 to 2010. Ashley is a disciplined and knowledgeable player and coach and is IMPACT certified through USA Volleyball.
